Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ClickToPin, including our website, application, and related services. By using ClickToPin, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

ClickToPin is a content workspace for Pinterest creators. It helps users plan content, draft articles, create pin assets, publish to their own blog, and optionally connect their own Pinterest account to view their own Pinterest data.

Some features may depend on third-party services such as Pinterest or WordPress. Availability of those features depends on those services remaining available and on your continued authorization.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

ClickToPin may allow you to connect third-party services such as Pinterest and WordPress. You authorize us to use those connections solely to provide the features you request.

You represent that you have the right to connect and use any third-party account, site, or content with ClickToPin.

Your use of connected services is also subject to the terms, policies, and platform rules of those third parties.

If you connect Pinterest, you are authorizing ClickToPin to access the Pinterest data covered by the scopes you approve, for your own connected account only.

ClickToPin does not ask for or store your Pinterest password.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product, our Pinterest integration is intended for read-only access to your own connected account data.

You remain responsible for actions you take on Pinterest. ClickToPin does not grant you any rights in Pinterest content, APIs, or materials beyond the permissions Pinterest itself provides.

You may not use ClickToPin in a way that violates Pinterest policies, circumvents Pinterest restrictions, misrepresents your relationship with Pinterest, or abuses Pinterest platform access.

You may use ClickToPin only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party rules.

You may not use the service to spam, access data or systems without authorization, impersonate others, interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited, or use the service to violate Pinterest, WordPress, or other platform policies.

You may not use the service to require or incentivize prohibited engagement, or to automate prohibited actions on third-party platforms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, connect, or create through the service, subject to any rights of third parties.

You grant ClickToPin a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of it do not infringe the rights of others or violate law.

Some ClickToPin features may help generate drafts, prompts, metadata, images, or scheduling suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it.

We do not guarantee that generated output is accurate, unique, lawful, fit for a specific purpose, or free from third-party claims.

Certain features may have access limits, usage limits, or availability rules described in the product.

We may change limits or feature availability in the future, but changes will not affect rights you already have under these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service in a way that may violate third-party platform rules or law.

You may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect connected services at any time.

ClickToPin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continued availability of any integration, or approval by any third-party platform.

We do not guarantee any particular business, traffic, ranking, publishing, or engagement result from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickToPin and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us anything.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickToPin and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or platform rules.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction chosen by ClickToPin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
